How can I deal with stress positively? The difference between anxiety and stress, the impact it can have and the Stress Bucket Model.

Skype Course:

1 Skype session, up to 3 hours in length including breaks

This session explores stress through the following:

  • Recognising what stress feels like for you – how do you feel, act, think?
  • Considering how your stress may impact upon those around you
  • Exploring and sharing strategies and ideas that can help you cope with stress.

Face to Face Course

3 hours: one morning or afternoon session

Session goals:

  • Share group knowledge - Common causes and symptoms
  • Share the impact of stress on self and others
  • Explore coping strategies – what can you change/reduce/control/manage
