- Recognising what stress feels like for you – how do you feel, act, think?
- Considering how your stress may impact upon those around you
- Exploring and sharing strategies and ideas that can help you cope with stress.
Face to Face Course
3 hours: one morning or afternoon session
- Share group knowledge - Common causes and symptoms
- Share the impact of stress on self and others
- Explore coping strategies – what can you change/reduce/control/manage
