6 hours: two mornings or afternoons sessions

Session 1 Goals:

  • Explore anxiety signs and symptoms
  • Understand the anxiety cycle
  • Develop techniques to help
  • Begin to build anxiety first aid kit

Session 2 Goals:

  • Reflect on the anxiety first aid kit
  • Explore tips and techniques to reduce anxiety
  • Develop tools to tackle unhelpful thinking
  • Focus on ‘stuff you can control’
