This purpose of this course is to explore coping strategies for managing anxiety including:

- Focusing and prioritising what you can change, rather than cannot

Face to face Course
6 hours: two mornings or afternoons sessions
Session 1 Goals:
- Explore anxiety signs and symptoms
- Understand the anxiety cycle
- Develop techniques to help
- Begin to build anxiety first aid kit
Session 2 Goals:
- Reflect on the anxiety first aid kit
- Explore tips and techniques to reduce anxiety
- Develop tools to tackle unhelpful thinking
- Focus on ‘stuff you can control’
