Recovery College Cornwall
I had a brilliant time at Recovery College, everyone is very nice and the courses are extremely fun. I was critically anxious to go to the face-to-face courses, but to overcome this I went to the cafe, named Cafe Chaos beforehand. Once I managed to arrive at the coffee shop I found I had far much more confidence. In conclusion, I have learned a lot from Recovery College and the content of my thinking has changed, which is especially brilliant for me. As progression I will be attending a Level 2 course on Mental Health which Becky thankfully advised.
Working alongside the Recovery College has been very helpful.
