Enabling recovery through learning, hope, and opportunity
We are currently offering Skype courses to people living in Cornwall who are unemployed and experiencing mental ill health. These courses may help you to identify and manage your mental health challenges allowing you to live the life you want.
Use learning as a way to take control of your own mental health
We offer courses to people living in Cornwall who are experiencing mental ill health. These courses may help you to identify and manage your mental health challenges allowing you to live the life you want.
Due to Covid-19 we are only delivering courses via skype and are not able to provide face to face support. If you are already enrolled your Learning Support Worker will be in touch to let you know how you can access them. Please note: we are not currently answering the office phones, so please contact your Learning Support Worker or use the Contact Us page on this site.
Supportive and safe environment
Our courses are delivered in small groups at our centre in Threemilestone, near Truro and at community venues near you.
Our courses are delivered by people with lived experience of mental ill health alongside health and educational practitioners
A different approach
Our courses move the focus of recovery from ‘make me well’ to ‘teach me the tools to keep myself well’.
The Recovery College can be a launch pad for the next stage of your life, whether it be work, further education or just to be happier and healthier.
